Service manual for the Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa, third generation, 2021-2024. Check the generation before you buy: procedures differ substantially from the Gen 2 (2008-2020) and this document does not apply to earlier bikes.
The machine: 1,340 cc inline four, DOHC, 16 valves, liquid-cooled, Euro 5. Gen 3 introduced the S.I.R.S. electronics package built around a six-axis IMU: ten-level traction control, launch control, bi-directional quickshifter, cruise control, cornering ABS and adjustable engine braking. The most-used part of this manual on a Gen 3 is the electronic diagnosis section — most modern jobs on this bike start with reading a code, not with a spanner.
Jobs this manual actually answers: valve clearance checks at the long service interval; reading DTCs and entering Dealer Mode; replacing Brembo Stylema pads and bleeding an ABS circuit correctly; throttle body synchronisation; configuring SDMS-α modes; removing the fairings without breaking the clips.
What is not included: the parts catalogue and Suzuki Genuine Accessory instructions.
Format: searchable PDF, delivered immediately after payment.
